Cebu Technological University Moalboal was chosen as one of the recipients of the International Association of Aquatic and Marine Science Libraries and Information Center (IAMSLIC) Digital Fisheries Library among state universities and colleges (SUCs) in Southeast Asia.

The Digital Fisheries Library hosts over 26,000 publications, reports, and other articles, which can be accessed through the LibraryBox hence providing information even without internet connection.

It was handed over by Stephen Alayon, head of the Library and Data Banking Services Section and office-in-charge of the Fish World Museum and Visitors Center.

The event was part of the AQD’s 46th founding anniversary. UICP Moalboal/Prof. Fenina Margallo
