CTU Campus eXchange Policy – Applicable to this site
1. Before starting a tread, posting new topics or making replies, make sure that you are in the correct category to avoid confusion in the forum section. Off topics will be deleted by the forum administrator or moderators. Irrelevant threads for example no comment or other form of nonsense replies will be deleted by the forum admins or moderator.
2. Campus eXchange Moderators are to be treated with respect. Issues arising from moderators post or thread can be reported to the Campus Exchange Administrator by email or start a tread in the CTU help center.
3. In the trading section of this Forum posting of illegal materials, items in any form for sale, trade or to promote illegal acts and activities is strictly prohibited. Illegal sharing of copyrighted material is prohibited. Violators will be banned and disciplinary action will be sanctioned.
4. Threads and Posts to CTU eXchange will not tolerate attacks on persons of all religion, races, ***ualities, cultures, etc. respect in one’s opinion should be observed or you will be banned. Any concerns regarding violators please email the moderator or the administrator for proper disciplinary action.
5. No spamming or flooding of the board or posting, attaching pictures which contains copyright notices including inappropriate or illegal content, thread hijacking or any forms of topic violations will not be tolerated.
6. Obscene content posting is prohibited. Not limited to pictures, language or any forms of pornography is strictly not permitted any violators will be banned and proper disciplinary action by the student affairs office will be imposed.
7. Avatars are welcomed but make sure your image does not violate the CTU eXchange policy.
8. Obscene usernames are not permitted.
9. Advertising of products or materials on this forum not related to Cebu Technological University students will be deleted and the user or users banned.
