Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta Jr. is designated as chairman of Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Region VII effective August 1, 2016.
PASUC President Dr. Ricardo E. Rotoras signed Advisory No. 98, dated July 29, stipulating the mandate for the new chairman to perform all duties and responsibilities, as well as take over the accountabilities, pertinent to the position.
Being the incumbment president of the Cebu Technological University(CTU), Dr. Ancheta now faces an equally compelling task to further the goals of the association.
Dr. Ancheta led the biggest delegation to PASUC convention for two years in a row, starting last year. Along with him were the key officials of the university and the heads of eight (8) satellite and eleven extension campuses.
Moreover, Dr. Ancheta is also the National Director of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE). (UPO)
