MCIAA General Manager/CEO Nigel Paul C. Villarete and CTU President Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta Jr. ,who previously signed the document , were represented during the meeting of two parties on Thursday, July 28 (supposed schedule of MOA signing).
CTU Vice President for Research and Development Dr. Gloria G. Delan and Acting Assistant General Manager PSUPT (Ret) Melvin A. Gayotin stood in behalf of Dr. Ancheta and CEO Villarete respectively.
