Julian Ouano Cumad of Cebu Technological University-Tuburan Campus ranked second in the 2016 Agriculturist Licensure Examination as per Professional Regulation Commission result released on Friday, October 28.
Cumad attained 85.33% along with two others from University of the Philippines (UP)-Los Baños and Central Mindanao University(CMU).
He is the only passer from Visayas to join the top ten.

Dr. Pedrito Pontillas, campus director, commended the efforts of the faculty during his talk on “Quality Supervision through Democratic Leadership” on Thursday, November 10.
