Dave Ponce returns home as Mr. Congeniality in the recently concluded MR. & MS. SCUAA 2017 on February 21.
Ponce is an engineering student at Cebu Technological University Main.
He replaced Mr. SCUAA 2017 Regional winner who has to prioritize his game for the nationals.
The search culminated with representatives from the National Capital Region (NCR) and Negros Island Region (NIR) taking the crowns.
Renowned personalities such as Ms. Germany Universe and Mr. Supranational joined the board of judges.
Had Ponce been chosen to be in the final five, he would have elaborated on the #choosebatangas for males and #pageantsinsportscompetition for females.
Nevertheless, his genuine characteristic prevailed being Mr. Congeniality. (UPO)
