The 7th Forward Service Support Unit of the Army Support Command, they took advantage of the skills training provided by  Cebu Technological University, as part of its commitment to the community in the later part of May.

CTU and the Philippine Army understand the need for  skills training in generating additional income to support the family needs. University Production Director  Renissa S. Quinones conducted the demonstration along with other CTU personnel for 5 days. The participants were basically taught  food preparation and nutritional concepts.

The Philippine Army has become one of the university’s recipients of technology since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), zeroing in on the transfer of patented innovations(e.g. gluten-free culinary food products and its formulations and processes, milkfish spines meal food innovation products, and other food recipes).
