CTU Vice President for Production, Extension and Business Affairs (PEBA) Edgar Tibay got accepted for the Philippine Higher Education Career System (Phil-HECS) Executive Development Program (EDP)-second batch.
Starting on July 19th, it allows them to find ways to enhance the public higher education sector in the country. The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) forwards the cause of a better Philippines through excellent positioning of SUCs in the world.
Per Phil-HECS Technical panel, 38 applicants made it to their list along with five (5) others who deferred participation in the first batch.
One of the topics highlighted is global thinking which would surely address the major deterrent toward quality education in the country.
Participants are expected to finish the program by October this year. UPO
