Japanese academic wants ‘levitation’ study echoed

Professor Yusaku Fujii expressed intent to present his study on “Levitation Method” before Cebu Technological University (Main) faculty—a vehicle toward future collaborations.

The newly appointed dean of the college Dr. Edgar Ambos confirmed  his request via email and decided to also have  the mechanical engineering (ME) and electronics engineering (EcE) students  learn from one of Japan’s  experts on aforesaid topic.

A full professor at Gunma University and  president of NPO e-JIKEI Network Promotion Institute,  Professor Fujii  is particularly aiming for innovative networking of ideas with the university’s College of Engineering  faculty  hence the dissemination  of his research agenda on Wednesday, August 9.

He earned his B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Tokyo University. His interests range from instrumentation engineering to applied physics.

Some of his projects involved precision instrumentation and   measurement, optical measurement and micro-Newton level forces. UPO
