Youth leader among 18 UNESCO honorees

Robinson Igot appreciates JICA’s promise of bringing him and a few leaders to Japan last year.

Senior Industrial Engineering student  Robinson  Igot Jr.of Cebu Technological University Main is one of this year’s 18 Outstanding UNESCO Club Youth Leaders.

Leadership in promoting UN Sustainable Development Goals is common to the awardees.

“Thank you so much UNESCO for this recognition. Another prayer has been answered,” Igot posted  on his facebook account.

Recently, he was also recognized as one of the 150 qualifiers for Aboitiz Future Leaders Business Summit.

The 20-year old advocate was going head to head with other school organization leaders as he was the former president of the Industrial Engineering Council (IEC) and Youth, Music and Media (YMM) Cebu. KML
