Goldilocks staff witnessed the creative designs presented by the Food Preparation students mentored by the company for 2 years now.
“Cake decorating experience can be an art in the creative minds of students”, said Prof. Ann Myril Tiu who has been teaching the course in CTU Main.
As part of the culminating activity, Prof. Tiu’s freshmen class showcased skills during yesterday’s Goldilocks-sponsored cake decorating program.

BSIT food preparation participant Arjay Maris found the experience so interesting.
“I love baking cakes. The training helped me improve my skills. I also planned to make online business, so I should know how cake decorating is done even in a mere hand method ,so I can bake and sell it anytime I want.”
He revealed that his creation will be given to his sponsor, Kennerhoff Foundation. Maris has been very grateful for the opportunity offered to him.
Goldilocks Cebu master decorator shared secrets and techniques to the aspiring bakers. Various decorating techniques and tools were among the lessons embedded among participants.
Prof. Tiu noted the significance of the event supported by the branch manager who is an alumna of the university.KML
