Professor is one of nation’s best accreditors

“I’m very much happy and surprised about the announcement of the award,” said senior accreditor Aquilino M. Enriquez.

Crafting an outcomes-based quality assurance (OBQA) instrument for Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT) in 2015 earns Dr. Enriquez the recognition he considers unexpected.  Such a tool is pursuant to CMO 46 (Outcomes-based Quality Assurance System).

He was awarded as one of the top 10 best-performing accreditors of 2017 at the national convention hosted by  the  Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines (AACCUP) early in March.

Institutions benefiting his expertise are  Technological University of the Philippines, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Nueva Viscaya State University, Tarlac State University, and Pangasinan State University among others.

Dr. Enriquez spoke about how satisfying it was receiving the national recognition. His activeness in accrediting degree programs has created an impact as well on CTU being one of the top 10 SUCs for the second time (since 2016).

He is a former campus director of CTU Danao and presently a faculty member of the College of Technology (CTU Main). ICPA
