The Technology Research Center and the Production Department of Cebu Technological University take pride in registering the highest number of utility models within 20 years (from 1998-2017) according to the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL).
Director for Technology Research Center Corazon A. Macachor proudly announced the award and thanked the support of the CTU family toward commercialization of university products.
“I am looking forward to making products that have potential in the market economy,” said Dr. Macachor, who shared some principles she and other UM staff adhered to.
“We’re very much dedicated in doing significant contribution to the country’s innovative patterns leading to economic gains.” UICPA
