Three from CTU made it to the roster of Regional Quality Assurance Engineers (RQAE) pursuant to PASUC Advisory No.61, s. 2018.
The team of technical experts includes Engr. Alex C. Mayor Jr., Engr. Evalinda Abello-Pelimer , Engr. Jeonel S. Lumbab and 57 others who shall undergo a 3-day training.
Thereafter, they shall be deployed to their respective provinces identified in the Roads2SDGS project during the pilot period of July through September this year.
The collaboration of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP),and the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) guarantees involvement of competent civil engineers from different SUCs, who will ensure quality assurance during the pilot roll-out of provincial roads.
PASUC Advisory No. 92, s. 2018 reflects the value of efficient road networks that result in inclusive economic growth as expressed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
