A cum laude graduate in 2004, CTU Tuburan 9th placer Janito Novecio Salipdan Jr. attributed his success to many factors—work experience, national certifications, trainings and academic track.
Salipdan got an 88 % rating in the Registered Master Electrician Board Exam per Professional Regulation Commission result announced a couple of weeks ago.
His years of experience in teaching the subject at Canduman National High School is a plus apart from his passion to specialize in electronics.
“In my undergraduate education, I focused on electronics … . Then I had taken Electrical Upgrading Course and trainings on Motor and Motor Controllers, Basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for Industrial Automation Application from which I gained my National TVET Trainer Certificate(NTTC) level I and National Certificates (NC) in Electrical Installation (level II) and Maintenance (level III).”
He recalled how self–review in preparation for the RME exam also became viable for him to earn the spot, underscoring the inputs of his mentors—- Deche Loseñara, Dr. Aquilino M. Enriquez, Ireneo M. Taperla, Jr.and colleagues—that had lent support to his goal.
His self-discipline and confidence in God, above all, are constituting the binary . “I am beyond thankful… . It is a huge blessing from the Lord… . I want to show to others that when you’re a child of God, His blessings will come in abundance to you. Ask it from God and do the necessary preparations in order to achieve it,” he said in an interview. Angen May Fabro-Charcos/ICPA Tuburan
