AACCUP lauds 2018,2019 top SUC

A ‘repeat’ performance of last year’s being the nation’s  top SUC in terms of number of programs accredited came this week after  the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) recognized CTU at the 32nd annual convention in Manila.

University Director for Quality Assurance Hedeliza Pineda lauded the constituents for  “living the culture of quality assurance,” as she has carried CTU to stay ahead of  Polytechnic University of the Philippines (2nd), Negros Oriental State University (3rd), University of Antique (4th), and Visayas State University (5th).

Overwhelmed by the consistent accomplishment, she spoke to UICPA of the ‘robust’ preparation all campuses have to make this year to continue in the path of providing quality services.

Alongside the monumental feat is CTU’s being one of the top 3 cooperative SUCs in the country, which is credited to the number of AACCUP accreditors sent to other regions.

At second place, CTU registers  47 accreditors while 1st place Isabela State University has 52.

Dr. Pineda recognizes CTU President Rosein A. Ancheta’s  help in sending academics to help other institutions outside of region 7 in that it has resonated the latter’s drive for stakeholders’ satisfaction at all levels.

Appointed by Dr. Ancheta in 2015, Dr. Pineda continues to abide by the former’s clear direction toward ensuring programs offered by the university  are compliant with standards. UICPA
