China opens doors to CTU interns

CHED Commissioner Perfecto Alibin (C) supports agreement on internship in China entered into by CTU Director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Doris Ogdoc-Gascon (4th from left),China Jiangsu Center and Association for Friendship and Education Promotion (AFEP) .

Underprivileged students who find internship abroad hard to accomplish may soon find themselves in an all-expense paid trip to China  following the MOU signing in Manila last week.

CTU Director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Doris Ogdoc-Gascon  looks forward to sending ten students from technology and engineering programs to China this year.

Dr. Gascon, on behalf of CTU President Rosein Ancheta Jr., signed the memorandum of understanding with China Jiangsu Center (CJC) Chairman  Jiang Xiao and Association for Friendship and Education Promotion (AFEP) Chief of Staff Andy Gui, making CTU  the  newest member (5th) from the Philippines to benefit from said partnership.

CHED Commissioner Perfecto Alibin was also sought for his recommendations on CTU, CJC and AFEP’s bid for student-faculty mobility. Internationalization and ASEAN Integration
