ERASMUS+ FRIENDS project had Cebu Technological University (CTU) and 15 other universities at the 2nd partner meeting on June 9-15, 2019 in Turkey, capitalizing on recent developments on financial management and internationalization.
ERASMUS Programme is sponsored by the British Council for students and faculty exchange with FRIENDS as one of its projects, which stands for “Furthering International Relations Capacities and Intercultural Engagement to Nurture Campus Diversity and to Support Internationalization at Home.”
Institutions from Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Turkey, Bhutan, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand attended said event in Istanbul Aydin University.
CTU, being the only state university that belongs to said project, was joined by two other Philippine institutions as St. Louis University and University of Cebu.
“We experienced not only workshops but also cultural exchange”, shared CTU-OIC Director for Internationalization and ASEAN Integration Ronald Galindo who was with CTU Vice President for Publication, Extension and Business Affairs (PEBA) Edgar Tibay.
