CTU San Francisco graduate Roxan Jane Arenas ranked 10th in the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
Arenas and 11 more topnotchers marked 10th place, registering a rating of 89.80%.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released results on December 1 with 28, 973 successful passers out of 92, 440 examinees for the elementary level.
