TOURch, a newly established Bachelor of Tourism Management (BSTM) organization, took huge strides in invoking support from CTU Danao students and faculty to take part in “Dagan Para sa Kalikasan” on December 12, 2019.
The environmental awareness campaign themed “Promoting Sustainable Tourism through a Livable Environment” advocated for heightened consciousness to preserve nature especially in the countryside.
The goal aligned with the raison d’etre of offering BSTM in Danao campus and Bachelor of Travel Management (BSTrM) in the Main campus.
A portion of the raised amount from each participant’s registration fee of Php 200.00 was intended for the organization’s next big project, tree growing program.
The fun run appealed to around 330 participants, declaring 12 winners in both 3k and 7k categories. /Angie Baton/Necy Martel/Christian Capuyan
