Cebu Technological University-Human Resource Management Office(CTU-HRMO) attained Level II in the Prime-HRM Supervised Self-Assessment administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office VII on January 28.
In the first assessment of the year, CTU-HRMO accomplished recruitment, selection and placement, learning and development, performance management and rewards and recognition.
CTU HR officer Jana Almerino and the team provided evidences in aforesaid categories being looked into by the CSC 7 Chief HR specialist Cleofe Cecilia Gambales and senior HR specialist Genevive Cristuta.
Results of the Prime-HRM Supervised Self-Assessment were disclosed with 100% rating in level I and 94. 14 % rating in level II.
“We only identified one gap under the four-HR system which was in the Learning and Development, but the gap is doable. Hopefully they will comply it by March,” Gambales said in an interview.
To fully attain the 100% rating in level II, an action plan was advised by CSC administrators to be done in the next couple of months.
“We are 100% sure nga ma-attain ang action plan kay it is very manageable and attainable,” Almerino uttered.
