In a bid to generate income in the new normal phase, Cebu Technological University conducted technology transfer and livelihood training on food processing to the Agrarian Reform Farmer Beneficiary Association (ARFBA) in Pinamungajan, Cebu on April 6 through 8.
The 3-day activity had 41 trainees in food processing technology of banana, cassava and sweet potato.
At the culmination, organizers showcased products made from aforesaid ingredients at the ARFBA Food Park.
