CTU Naga hails new campus director

CTU Naga saw infrastructure development and academic program enhancement as major goals of new campus director Adeline Dela Cruz who took oath on May 12th.

At the ceremony, Dr. Dela Cruz revealed that her priorities included constructing academic buildings and other facilities to accommodate the increasing student population and offering degree programs, primarily engineering.

Serving the university for 17 years now, the former Barili campus director hoped to materialize plans in one of CTU Main’s extension campuses, others being San Fernando and Dumanjug.

“I feel excited to work here, for I see a lot of possibilities for this campus, and hopefully, I will be here long enough to witness the fruition of my vision for its growth and development,” she added.

She was an “exemplary and steadfast” member of the CTU Board of Regents from 2017 to 2019 and received the university “Presidential Citation Award” in 2019.

After leading Barili for almost two years, her new appointment also prompted outgoing campus director Gregorio Pajaron to take the same post in CTU Dumanjug. /Rumeula Wong/ICPA Barili
