CTU wins 3rd best innovative instructional design concept at the ASEAN 2021 competition

Flexible Learning System (FLS): Online & Teaching Learning “Anytime, Anywhere” and Moving Forward is CTU’s winning entry at the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) 2021 Teaching Model Competition in August.

Dr. Ronald Galindo of CTU Main wrapped up the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) 2021 Teaching Model Competition as 3rd Best Innovative Instructional Design Concept (Through the Use of the Internet) on August 24, 2021.

The winning entry was “Flexible, Innovative, Replicable, and Mobile (FIRM) Instructional Technology Equipment (ITE) for Online Teaching and Learning during COVID-19 Pandemic” called ” Online Teaching and Learning Anytime Anywhere.” 

Evaluation criteria included appropriateness to context, flexibility in delivery and implementation, originality, innovativeness and creativity, and replicability.

Dr. Galindo said that the paper was accepted for technical publication and presentation at the first virtual “International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers” this November.

The competition was organized by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VII (CHED-RO7).
