CTU Tuburan’s Food Innovation Center (FIC) launched on December 10, 2021 alongside other products.
Themed “Fostering Sustainable Development Goal through Food Innovation,” the program earmarked FIC features—– squash muffin, squash bar or cookie, milkfish marinated with turmeric, camotepao, coffee ice cream, pork tocino, chorezo, mangoso, iced tea and milk tea.
