There are three temporary locations when the extension campus of the main campus started its operation at the town of San Fernando on May 28, 2010, (CTU B.O.R. Res. No. 12, s. 2010) such as the South Poblacion Brgy. Hall, San Fernando National High School (DepEd classrooms), and the town Sports Complex.
Despite these challenges of the stakeholders, the university still produced graduates who are already earning through their degree acquired from the extension campus.
With the deed of donation and the usufruct agreement signing between the LGU officials and the university officials, the university would have its full ownership of the lot with an area of 15,000 square meters and a right to use in usufruct agreement of the lot with an area of 5,000 square meters.
The usufruct agreement between the university and the LGU will be renewable after 50 years as a shared sports facility to be used by the LGU and the university constituents that will be put up at 5,000 square meters. –Wilfredo G. Anoos, CTU-San Fernando Campus
