The CTU Main Campus conducted an orientation on the automated daily time record (DTR) system on March 28, 2022 as part of the implementation of the Cebu Technological University Human Resource Information System (CTU-HRIS) which aims to streamline the systems and procedures of the University. It was a whole day orientation attended by the non-teaching personnel in the morning and the Teaching Personnel in the afternoon.
“The CTU-HRIS is the university’s way of promoting Republic Act 11032 of 2018, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act by providing its stakeholders efficient and effective service,” Dr. Jana Gloria Almerino, CTU HRM Officer said.
Dr. Almerino shared that the CTU-HRIS is the brainchild of the CTU administration team composed of Dr. Jerlito A. Letrondo, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Johannes Camasura, University Director for Automation, Innovasion, and Computing; Mr. Erwin Allego, the University Cashier; Mr. Gil Piramide, University EDP Officer; and Mr. Gilminarde Santos, the University Accountant.
