CTU holds Budget forum for FY 2023

On July 11-12, 2022, Cebu Technological University held its budget forum for FY 2023. The 2-day event was attended by the CTU-main campus director along with faculty members and respective campus directors across CTU extension campuses. The aim of the said forum is to create effective and quality education for sustainable growth, access to quality education for the underprivileged student, relevant research for the economic environment, expand community engagement, and the efficient management of resources.

The program was divided into five sessions in which certain topics are discussed. In the first session, Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, Campus Director, talked about the development goals and budget for FY 2023, the next session was headed by Dr. Heideliza A. Pineda VP-Academic Affairs, Dr. Adrian P. Ybañez, VP-Research and Development, and Dr. Edgar U. Tibay, VP-PERG. In 2nd session, the talk focused on the Operational plan for instruction, Research, Extension, and Production/IGP.  The 3rd session was hosted by Engr. Antonieto Pacayra, Procurement Mgt. Officer with which the topic of procurement planning was discussed. For the 4th session, the guidelines on budget preparation were presented by Emma R. Sacan, CAO-Finance. Lastly, for the 5th session with Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino, University HRMO as the resource person the discussion for the Guidelines in the formulation of the L&D/ Training budget proposal was tackled.
