CTU researcher joins the top 100 Asian Scientists 2022

Dr. Adrian Ybanez is hailed as one of the top 100 Asian Scientists for the year 2022. His achievements in the field of Agricultural Research for Advancing animal Parasitology and the Study of Vector-borne diseases in animals as recognized in the academe made him part of The Asian Scientist 100 for this year’s 6th edition release of Asian Scientist Magazine.

The requirements to be on the list states that the honouree must have received a national or international prize in the preceding year for his or her research. The honouree could alternatively have a significant scientific discovery or provided leadership in academia or industry.

Dr. Adrian Ybañez, the current Vice President for Research and Development of Cebu Technological University leads the Agri award for Agricultural Research for Advancing animal Parasitology and the Study of Vector-borne diseases in animals in the Philippines.
