Campus Visit to Check on Campus Development

According to the relevant provisions of Republic Act (RA) 7722, also known as “The Higher Education Act of 1994,” Batas Pambansa 232, and CHED Memorandum Order (CMO No. 09) series of 2013, as well as Resolution No. 321-2013 of The Commission en banc dated April 8, 2013, the office of Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) under the direction of Dr. Rose Mary L. Almacen adopted “The Enhance Policies of Students Affairs and Services” and began a comprehensive Campus visit starting January 23 until January 31, 2023, together with the University Directors of the different offices. 

The following people were recognized as being present during the campus visit: Irvin Narsico the University Director for Students Development, Josephine Villa University Director for Guidance, Information and Orientation, Daisy Therese Llenes University Director for Food and Health Services, Prof. Mark Joseph Bernardo University Director for Scholarship, Prof. Rosalito Judah Eboa University Director for Safety and Security, Dr. Catherine Ross Degula University Director for Admission Services, Dr. Marie Joy B. Alit University Director for Alumni Affairs, Prof. Francisco Lucero University Director for Culture and The Arts and Foreign/ International Student Services, Prof. Marlou C. Godinez University Director for Persons With Disabilities (PWD), Dr. Venus Loremia University Director for Economic Enterprise Development, Dr. Margaret D. Arroz Alumni Affairs Director- Main Campus, Prof. Anne Jere L. Bajarias Economic Enterprise Development Director-Main Campus, Ms. Donabelle Mantos Campus Ministry and Multi Faith and Foreign Students Services Director- Main Campus. 

The primary goal of the campus visit was to identify the best practices of the campuses, highlight the concerns of the staff, and plan for the improvement of the campuses visited. They went to the northern and southern campuses to observe the offices under the Vice President for Student Affairs.
