The Cebu Technological University Strategic Performance Management System (CTU-SMPS) planning office conducted a year-end university performance evaluation and cascading targets for 2023 at Summit Galleria Hotel, Cebu City, on February 2-3, 2023.
The two-day event was attended by key officials across campuses headed by Dr. Rosein Ancheta Jr., University President.
This is under the Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of Agency Strategic Performance Management System under MC No. 6, s. 2012 and CSC Resolution No. 12000481, the CTU adopts the Performance Management System referred to as Cebu Technological University-Strategic Performance Management System (CTU-SPMS).
In his keynote message, Dr. Ancheta highlighted the achievements attained by the University under his management.
Moreover, the event’s presentation was the year-end university performance evaluation based on Quarterly Physical Report of Operations (QPRO), Revisit of Strategic Targets, Presentation of Targets and Cascading per Major Final Output (MFO), Formulation of Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) delivery units, and the delivery of OPCR after the critiquing and finalization.
The assembly aims to evaluate its annual University Performance Review of the Office Assessment for the preceding performance period and plans for the succeeding rating period with the concerned delivery units.
Nevertheless, the two-day event was concluded with awarding certificates of participation and appreciation among the key officials who attended.
