Various State Universities across Central Visayas gathered at Cebu Tech Camotes Campus on February 21-23, 2023, discussing the preparation for the upcoming Region 7 SCUAA Games and Culture and the Arts Festival 2023.
The three-day event was attended by the Sports and Cultural Director and other concerned officers from Cebu Technological University (CTU), Negros Oriental State University (NORSU), Cebu Normal University (CNU), Siquijor State University (SSU), Bohol Island State University (BISU), and University of the Philippines (UP-Cebu).
The planning and workshop were headed by Dr. Nemia F. Zamora, University Director for Sports and Wellness; and Prof. Francisco S. Lucero, University Director for Culture and the Arts.
The event concluded with the agreement that the said regional activity will be held at NORSU on May 3-8, 2023.
