The Cebu Technological University Performance Management Team conducts a dry-run/pilot testing on the unified Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) at CN Bldg., CTU-Main, on February 20, 2023.
The IPCR refers to the performance management tool required to be submitted by an employee every semester. It contains his/her commitments to attaining office goals, objectives, and accomplishments at the end of the rating period.
Moreover, the event was attended by University key officials, campus directors, campus Dean of Instructions, campus HRMO, campus administrative officers, chairpersons of Research and Development, chairpersons of extensions and faculty presidents across campuses.
The dry run was based on what has been agreed upon during the Performance Management Team (PMT) meeting held last February 9, 2023.
