
The Office of the Vice-President of Students Affairs (VPSA), the Student Regent, and the University Directors under VPSA conducted a Supervisory Visit and Student Dialogue in all identified CTU Satellites and Extension Campuses starting from January 23, 2023, until February 14, 2023.
The visit was headed by Dr. Rosemary Almacen, Vice-President of Students Affairs, in line with the CHED Memorandum Order (CMO), Series of 2013, and following the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA 7722), otherwise known as The Higher Education Act of 1994, with regards to “The Enhanced Policies of Student Affairs.”
Together with Vice-President were the University Directors under its office composed of: Mr. Irvin Narciso, UD for Student Development; Prof. Josephine Villa, UD for Guidance, Information and Orientation; Dr. Daisy Therese Llenes, UD for Food and Health Services; Prof. Mark Joseph Bernardo, UD for Scholarship; Prof. Rosalito Judah Eboa, UD for Safety and Security; Dr. Catherine Ross Degula, UD for Admission and Services; Dr. Marie Joy Alit, UD for Alumni Affairs; Prof. Francisco Lucero, UD for Culture and The Arts and Foreign/International Student Services; Prof. Marlou Godinez, UD for Persons With Disability (PWD); Dr. Venus Loremia, UD for Economic Enterprise and Development; Dr. Nemia Zamora, UD for Sports and Wellness; Prof. Julius Basallo, UD for Community Welfare Services; Mrs. Morena Carlos, University Librarian and Prof. Allan Mariñas, VPSA Secretary.
Among the CTU-Campuses that were visited comprised: Daanbantayan and Tabogon; Tuburan and Pinamungajan; Carmen and Consolacion; Argao and Oslob-Ginatilan Extension; Moalboal and CTU Barili; San Francisco Camotes; Naga and Cebu City Mountain Satellite Campus- Guba.
During the Supervisory Visit and Student Dialogue, the campus directors notified, made necessary preparations and informed the respective student affairs and services officers, SSG officers, and different student organizations discussing the Student Affairs and Services status.
