In line with the administration’s continuous endeavors to enhance its operations, the CTU Human Resource Management Office conducted an orientation for the Unified Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) on June 15, 2023, at the Functional Hall, CTU – Main.
The primary objective of this event is to provide the faculty member with essential information and updates about the IPCR and ensure a fair and effective performance review process. In Dr. Celbert M. Himang, Associate Dean sa Graduate School, delivered to come up the event’s mission.
In attendance, the orientation session was attended by the regular faculty members of CTU – Main Campus, Dumanjug Extension Campus, Naga Extension Campus, Guba Extension Campus, San Fernando Extension Campus, Pinamungajan Satellite Campus, and Consolacion Satellite Campus.
The event was organized by Mr. Irvin Narsico, HRMO III, under the supervision of Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino HRMO IV.
