Standing tallest are Cebu Technological University (CTU), which won the 2023 Gawad Yamang Isip Awards in the Utility Model category and Dr. Leodovino Lawas, who won the Top Agent category. The awards were given April 29, 2024, at the Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City. In honor of WIPO’s World Intellectual Property Day on April 26, 2024, the Philippines celebrated National Intellectual Property Month in April, and CTU was granted these two IP Citations.
