Cebu Technological University (CTU) started its first day of Internal Quality Audit 2024 under ISO 9001:2015 yesterday, August 28, 2024, at 6th Floor, Centennial Building, CTU-Main. Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, CTU- Main Campus Director, welcomed the participants and presented the Auditees while JD Jerlito A. Letrondro, CTU’s Vice President for Administration and Finance, delivered his inspirational message.
Ms. Evangeline C. Rellin, IQA Audit Team Leader, stated the event’s purpose and introduced the Auditors from different CTU campuses and CTU Cebu City Mountain Satellite Campus (CCMSC). “We hope that we will have the push through with this audit, and one thing that I should have to leave before I am going to close with the team of auditors, we have to put in mind that an Internal Quality Audit is not just a measure of compliance but a commitment to continuous improvement ensuring that the pursuit of knowledge is always aligned with the highest standards of excellence,” Ms. Rellin said.
The areas to be audited are the following: Management/ Leadership; Library Services; Education Delivery Services; Registrar/ MIS; SAO; Support Services; Gender and Development; Maintenance; and Research and Development. The continuation of the Audit will be held on the second day, August 29, 2024. This Internal Quality Audit is essential to ensuring the continuous improvement of quality and services.
