The Office for Information, Communication, and Public Affairs (ICPA) of Cebu Technological University holds a 2-day University-Wide ICPA Coordination Meeting and Presentation of the ICPA Operations Manual with Website Management Orientation, with the key officials, campus directors and representatives from different CTU campuses starting today, September 23, up until tomorrow, September 24, 2024. Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, Campus Director, expressed his warm greetings to all the participants who joined the significant event.
Dr. Cristie Ann L. Jaca, University Director for ICPA, presented the ICPA operations manual that serves as a comprehensive guide for managing the internal and external communication processes within the University. During the presentation, all the participants engaged in the critiquing of the operations manual while providing additional points for improvement.
This gathering, organized by the ICPA office convened all the ICPA representatives from CTU campuses, Campus Directors, and other key officials. The meeting fostered a thorough discussion among participants, resulting in a collaboration for strategic planning to enhance the ICPA Operations Manual regarding its content, processes, and management of CTU’s official website and social media platform.
