A lively Meet and Greet Convocation with the newly designated CHED Commissioner/CTU BOR Chairperson, Hon. Shirley C. Agrupis, and the members of the Board of Regents (BOR), was led by the Cebu Technological University yesterday afternoon held at CebuTech Gymnatorium, CTU-Main. Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, University President warmly introduced CHED Commissioner Agrupis and the BOR members.
During the speech of the CHED commissioner, she expressed her commitment to building an impactful legacy for the country and Cebu Technological University. Dr. Agrupis provided a brief background of her life, and academic journey as the new CHED Commissioner of the twenty-two (22) State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in the whole country. A Plaque of Appreciation is given to Dr. Agrupis for her commendable leadership and commitment to achieving the universityโs goals and building a better future for everyone. As for the Former Student Regent of the Board of Regents Hon. Maria Jessa L. Morales, she warmly received a Plaque of Recognition before CHED Commissioner Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis and University President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito.
