𝗖𝗧𝗨 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗠𝗢𝗨 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲

Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) fortifies its partnership with Cebu Technological University (CTU) through a benchmarking initiative and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held on November 13, 2024, at the University President’s office, CTU-Main.

This undertaking was jointly spearheaded by Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, CTU’s University President, and Dr. Elbert C. Edaniol, SUC President III and the Fifth President of OMSC, along with the OMSC campus directors from Main, Murtha, Sablayan, and Mamburao campuses, namely Dr. Donna D. Panganiban; Dr. Nimfa B. Pastrana; Dr. Julie U. Lopez; Dr. Josue C. Delfin; Dr. Miguel C. Elausa; and Dr. Mikaela V. Cruz, representative of OMSC San Jose’s campus director; and Mr. Joseph O. Torres, Director, Management Information System.

The delegates had a tour of the university library and Guidance Office escorted by Dr. Pepito and CTU key officials, including CTU-Main Campus Director Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon; Dr. Cristie Ann L. Jaca, University Director for Information, Communication, and Public Affairs; Dr. Catherine Ross Degula, Guidance Counselor; and Ms. Armida M. Najarro, College Librarian.
