The LAMBO Phase 2, a three-day extension program designed to enhance the skills and operations of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in San Francisco, Cebu, successfully took place on November 5, 6, and 8, 2024, at CTU-San Francisco Campus.
The campus instructors led this program with the support of selected students and Brgy. Northern Poblacion, San Francisco, Cebu, aiming to empower local business owners by equipping them with essential skills to boost sustainable business growth.
The program provided in-depth training on entrepreneurial mindset development, digital marketing strategies, branding, financial literacy, and energy cost management, aligned with sustainable development goals by promoting decent work, gender equality, responsible consumption, and supporting sustainable business practices within the locality.
The LAMBO Phase 2 extension program has been a worthwhile journey for the MSME owners, who gained valuable insights and tools to elevate their business operations and contribute positively to the local economy.
