Cebu Technological University Main and Carmen campuses recently launched their opening program for the preliminary survey visit, along with the 1st and 2nd surveys led by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc.

Among the attendees were Dr. Meralei J. Lawas, University Director for Quality Assurance; Dr. Isidro L. Duran, Coordinator; Dr. Noel D. Roble, Administrator of the CTU-Sogod extension campus and Dean for Graduate Studies; Dr. Imelda J. Villarin, Dean of Instruction; Dr. Danilo F. Cebe, QA chairperson, COEd; Dr. Philip John Borromeo, chairperson for BSTechM, COT; Dr. Jonathan A. Miraballes, QA chairperson, COE; and Dr. Anna Marie C. Neiz, Dean of Instruction at CTU-Carmen.

The programs slated for evaluation during the preliminary, 1st, and 2nd survey visits include: Master of Fisheries and Allied Sciences, Bachelor of Science in Technology Management, Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Science, BS in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education with majors in Industrial Arts, Home Economics, and Information and Community Technology, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and Bachelor of Special Needs Education with majors in Generalist and Teaching Deaf and Hard Hearing Learners.

The accreditation process will resume today up until December 5, 2024, and the closing program is scheduled for December 6, 2024, which will cover the synthesis of evaluation results, a pledge of commitment, and the awarding of certificates.
