In line with strengthening mutual ties and boosting internationalization, Hanbat National University (HBNU) from Daejeon, Korea, and Cebu Technological University (CTU) engaged in strategic talks today.
HBNU, led by Team Leader Mr. Hwang Sun-Poy from the Office of International Affairs, collaborated with CTU regarding their volunteer program, academic, exchange, and training development programs, among other matters. As a result of the meeting between the two universities, an official MOA signing will be underway soon to ensure more academic partnerships and opportunities for students and faculty of both institutions.
The representatives from HBNU are from administrative departments, namely Mr. Sun-Poy, Mr. Lee Gyung-Kook, Mr. Ma Sung-Whan, Mr. Yang Ji-Won, Ms. Kim Bo-Hyun, and Mr. Heo Hee-Jin. Meanwhile, among the CTU attendees are Dr. Reylan G. Capuno, Dr. Raymond C. Espina, Prof. Johannes M. Camasura, Dr. Jonathan C. Maglasang, and Atty. Rodmarc P. Sanchez, who represented University President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito.
This academic partnership with HBNU signifies CTU’s purpose to advance internationalization, enrich academic distinction, open doors of opportunities for students, faculty, or staff, and elevate cross-cultural exchange.
