The Cebu Technological University-Main Campus, in collaboration with Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc., spearheads the “Annual Artistry in Confectionery: Cake Decorating Exhibit” today at the CebuTech Gymnasium, CTU-Main.
This event brings together the innovative minds and artistry of students from the BIT-Food Preparation and Services Technology and BS Hospitality Management programs, particularly from the courses FPSTech-213 (Basic Baking & Pastry) and HPC 326 (Bread and Pastry).
