The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office 7, in collaboration with the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT), conducted an onsite monitoring and evaluation visit at Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main Campus today, February 27.
Three academic programs underwent evaluation: Bachelor in Public Administration (BPA), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management (BSBA-MM), and BS in Entrepreneurship (BSE).
CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, RQAT members from CHED 7, Dean of CME Dr. Amelia Girly L. Aranas, VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Reylan G. Capuno, VP for Administration and Finance Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon, faculty, and non-teaching staff, attended the gathering held at the Quality Assurance Conference Hall.
The assessment evaluated the program’s curriculum standards, faculty qualifications, facilities, and overall program compliance with CHEDโs educational requirements. Following the inspection, participants reconvened for a presentation of findings, recommendations, and feedback from the RQAT members.
By collaborating with CHED and RQAT, CTU ensures that its programs meet national standards, providing high-quality education that meets industry and professional demands.
