Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, SUC President IV of Cebu Technological University (CTU), is truly honored to be invited to celebrate the 65th birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan, along with the Consul General of Japan in Cebu and Mrs. Hideaki MATSUO.
