To provide students and graduates with academic support in preparing for their licensure examinations, Cebu Technological University (CTU) and Carl Balita Review Center (CBRC) have officially established a partnership through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing today February 27, 2025, at the Office of the University President Conference Room.
The established agreement between CTU and CBRC exemplifies a strategic collaboration, providing aspiring professionals with knowledge, methods, and confidence to ace their respective board exams.
Attendees were CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito, CBRC Owner Carl E. Balita, CTU Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Reylan G. Capuno, CBRC Managing Director Bienvenido Gurrea, along with CTU campus directors, deans, faculty, and staff. Top-notch CTU Board members who completed their review under CBRC were also present.
