In a meeting today, February 26, CTU key officials reconvened to finalize the Operational Plan (OP) and 2025 Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), driving university excellence and achievement through the development and implementation of strategic plans.

This meeting is a continuation of the Performance Planning and Commitment Meeting held on February 19, 2025, which aimed to establish strategic plans and performance targets for university success.

Attendees included vice presidents for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Research and Development, Administration and Finance, Production, Extension, and Resource Generation, as well as chief administrative officers, planning officers, and university directors for Research and Development and Extension.

This performance planning and commitment meeting assures that CTU key officials focus on high-impact initiatives, plans, and targets in driving institutional growth and excellence.
