To establish strategic plans and performance targets for university success, Cebu Technological University (CTU) key officials convened today for the Performance Planning and Commitment Meeting held at the President’s Office Conference Room, CTU-Main.
The meeting focused on the accomplishment of targets for the fiscal year 2024, performance targets and strategic plans for the fiscal year 2025, the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) calendar of activities, and other relevant matters.
CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito delivered his speech through Executive Assistant IV Atty. Rodmarc P. Sanchez, encouraging everyone to “think fully, plan strategically, and commit wholeheartedly,” in deliberating performance tasks.
Dr. Pepito underlined that the dedication and collective efforts of the administrators, faculty, and staff, are essential for the university’s growth. “Our commitment today will define the progress that we will be making tomorrow,” he said in his speech.
Among the attendees were VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Reylan G. Capuno, VP for Student Affairs Dr. Rosemary L. Almacen, VP for Research and Development Dr. Pet Roey L. Pascual, VP for Production, Extension, and Resource Generation Dr. Rosein A. Ancheta Jr., and VP for Administration and Finance Dr. Ramel C. Genobiagon. All the VPs had a thorough presentation of their 2024 accomplishment of targets and 2025 performance targets, among others.
OIC Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Amelia Girly L. Aranas, Supervising Administrative Officer (HRMO IV)/University SPMS Planning Officer Dr. Jana Gloria F. Almerino, Administrative Officer V Mr. Irvin A. Narsico, Chief Administrative Officer โ Finance Dr. Emma R. Sacan, university directors, and planning officers, among others, were also in attendance.
This performance planning and commitment meeting assures that CTU key officials focus on high-impact initiatives, plans, and targets in driving institutional growth and excellence.
