To ensure strategic alignment of performance targets and goals for university success, Cebu Technological University (CTU) gathered all of its campus directors for the presentation of their finalized Campus Operational Plans (OPs) and 2025 Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCRs) on March 10-11, 2025 at a hotel in Mabolo, Cebu City.

This initiative seeks to revisit, enhance, and streamline the agency standards, policies, and procedures to provide a clear direction and roadmap for the universityโ€™s success.

CTU President Dr. Joseph C. Pepito urged everyone to align themselves with the shared vision for the university, stressing the significance of visionary leadership and the importance of precision in planning and executing performance targets and objectives.

During the presentation and discussion, CTU campus directors showcased a shared commitment to collaboration, presenting a unified plan and strategic objectives within their OPs and OPCRs, demonstrating transparency, and accountability in university operations.

On the first day of the gathering, campus and university directors, vice presidents, and HRMO officers were present, among others.

Meanwhile, today marks the continuation of the cascading of performance targets for CTU-Main campus, attended by the chief administrative officers for Administration and Finance, faculty and deans of the colleges of Education, Engineering, Technology, Arts and Sciences, Computer and Information Technology, and as well as the dean of Graduate School, among others.
